Hello,

Should anyone be in town and at a loose end tomorrow evening, a group of us are planning to head to The White Lion in Heptonstall for around 7PM. Not to be confused with The White Lion pub in Hebden Bridge!

There is a 596 bus from Hebden Bridge every half hour and it's a reasonably short journey — but as anyone who has walked up from town will attest, a rather vertical one. Hence the bus is highly recommended.

The White Lion is not currently serving food, but The Cross — the first pub as you enter the village — do pretty good Thai food.
