Hi, I'm attending this workshop and was wondering if you would recommendme to bring any particular software already installed besides the Altera Quartus.
I'm running Windows 7 64b.
And have the basic Notepad++, Strawberry, Emacs, Icarus Verilog.
Dont know if you recommend me anything else to have ready for then or you just let us know when we get there.

It's not technically an OSHUG event, but most if not all of the folks involved are probably also on this list :o)

It has been suggested that people should also pre-install ModelSim, along with the latest version of Quartus. We'll send an e-mail out with further details to everyone who has registered, either tomorrow or early next week.
