A minor suggestion -- and this is mostly because I am paranoid about
power -- would be to add an extra capacitor to the USB power net, to
act as a reservoir in case the host is noisy. There are some really
low profile 22-33uF electrolytic capacitors that will do the job
nicely.

This is primarily for the case where you use LW to power external
circuitry. Since the intended use for a LW is a debugger/development
tool, eliminating the possibility of noisy power is a good idea (one
less thing to worry about when you are bringing up a custom design!).
